Ardhi Decor Shipping Policy

Release of goods:

• No goods will be released without payment having cleared.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping is not free, unless otherwise stated.
• Free shipping applies to all orders over R1500. Ardhi reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
• A flat rate of R120 applies to all orders under R1500.

Delivery Leadtime:

• Most goods will be shipped the next day after payment clears.
• Ardhi products are hand made and therefore may take up to 5 business days to be shipped. This is indicated in the product description of the relevant product.
• Shipping to main centres normally takes 1 - 2 business days. Outlaying areas may take 3 - 5 business days. 
• Ardhi cannot guarantee these leadtimes as we make use of a 3rd party courier.
• Failing to deliver a product in the specified timeframe does not constitute grounds for cancelation of order.

Collections:

• Collections; can be arranged from our Roodepoort shop

Shipping zones:

• Currently Ardhi only delivers inside South Africa

Tracking of parcel:

• A waybill number with tracking link will be supplied via email.

Courier:

Ardhi makes use of Courier Guy for deliveries in RSA
