Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is free for orders over R2500.
  • Ardhi products are hand made and therefore may take up to 5 business days to be shipped. This is indicated in the product description of the relevant product.
  • Shipping to main centres normally takes 1 - 2 business days. Outlaying areas may take 3 - 5 business days. 
  • Ardhi cannot guarantee these leadtimes as we make use of a 3rd party courier.
  • Failing to deliver a product in the specified timeframe does not constitute grounds for cancelation of order.

Shipping zones:

  • Currently Ardhi only delivers inside South Africa

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product, just send it back to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt (in its original state and with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace – it’s that simple. We regret that postage, packing, shipping and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items and personalized items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
